TROY, Ala. – Even though classes started earlier this week, Saturday marked the unofficial, official end of training camp for Troy Football as head coach led his squad through a 100-plus play scrimmage in the morning ahead of the afternoon's Fan Day festivities.
"It was a good day all-in-all," Sumrall said. "We ran a lot of plays, more plays than last week's (first scrimmage). I wanted to extend them a little bit and roll a lot of different packages and groupings in. We worked through three different two-minute situations, which was good to see us execute.
