TROY, Alabama – In front of a group of supporters that were on hand to meet and greet the 2018-19 Trojans, the Troy women's basketball team held its first practice – a 90-minute session – in Trojan Arena on Tuesday.
Troy is coming off an 18-13 campaign, its fourth consecutive season of at least 18 wins, and returns nine letterwinners from last year's squad that was four points shy of making its third straight appearance in the Sun Belt Conference Tournament championship game.
"I definitely believe this is the best talent pool we've ever had since I've been here at Troy," head coach Chanda Rigby said.
