TROY, Ala. – Led by an outstanding 81 points from the Trojan bench, the Troy Women's Basketball team toppled in-state foe UAH, 107-57, Wednesday night in Trojan Arena.
led all scorers with 29 points after coming off the bench; it marks her second contest with 20-plus points as a Trojan. Troy's (6-5) lone true freshman also recorded a career night in the cardinal and white. The guard came off the bench and ignited for 16 points.
The Chargers (1-7) were led by Jirah Rogers, who posted 14 points and six rebounds.
How It Happened
The Trojans and Chargers battled toe-to-toe through the opening four minutes of play before kickstarted a 6-0 run to give Troy a three-point lead, 11-8, with 6:11 to go in the first.
