TROY, Alabama – The Troy women's basketball program and head coach Chanda Rigby announced the addition of local high school standout Lacy Stafford on Wednesday. Stafford joins an incoming class that already features three other incoming freshmen.
"Our program is taking yet another step forward with the signing of Lacy Stafford," Rigby said. "She is one of the most accomplished scorers that I have ever signed. Though I am excited about her potential to contribute to our high-scoring offense, I am equally excited about her potential to be a leader in our program. Lacy is a faith-filled young lady who is focused on making a positive impact both on and off the court at Troy University.
