Troy Trojans trying to fix free throw woes

Against Arkansas State, Troy lost a late lead when a veteran Red Wolves team made a huge charge. Against Little Rock, Troy struggled shooting against the nation’s best defense in the second half, losing a halftime lead.

On the road at Georgia State, the Panthers shot ridiculously well (57.1 percent) from 3-point range to build a huge lead in the first half. At Georgia Southern, Troy rallied from a huge halftime deficit but fell to the Eagles in overtime.

Two things were consistent in all four losses, though. All games were decided by six points or less, and the Trojans (5-10 overall 0-4 Sun Belt) struggled at the free throw line.
