TROY – The Troy Trojans didn’t practice Sunday, which was probably a good thing.
“Quite frankly, that’s probably the most upset, the maddest I’ve been after a game, really going back to Idaho in 2015,” head coach Neal Brown said Monday in the wake of Troy’s 22-16 upset loss at Liberty.
“I think it’s better, organizationally, for the players and the staff and head coach just to take some time, take the emotions out of it and you make calculated decisions how you’re going to move forward. That’s what we’re going to present today to our players.
