TROY – Terence Dunlap faces the tough task of replacing sophomore cornerback Marcus Jones in Troy’s secondary, but he’s shown he can adjust.
Dunlap, a 5-foot-11, 184-pounder, was a tremendous high school prospect out of Maplesville, a real plus for Troy’s 2017 signing class. He was a three-time, first-team all-state performer who rushed for more than 2,000 yards in both his junior and senior years for the Red Devils. Maplesville won the Class 1A state championship in Dunlap’s last three years of high school.
But on his first day at Troy, when the newest Trojans assembled to meet coaches and teammates formally for the first time, Dunlap was confused.
