ARLINGTON, Texas – The Troy softball team hit five home runs and had 22 hits on the day to help in the doubleheader sweep of UT Arlington. Troy won the first game 5-4 in nine innings and the second game 12-2 in five innings.

Amanda Winters hammered a ball into right field with an RBI single to tie the game at three and to send the game into extra innings.
Khadija Neely had herself a day as she went 3-for-4 with two home runs, a single and three RBIs.
