TROY -- Troy coach Neal Brown, after saying last year that the Trojans would focus on in-state talent, produced a 2016 signing class that followed it.
Troy's 25-player class includes 15 Alabamians, which ties for the most announced on signing day by the Trojans since the school voted in June 1998 to go to NCAA Division I-A.
The Trojans also had 15 Alabamians listed on their signing day announcement in 2009 and 2000.
