TROY, Alabama – After finishing up a 17-game road stretch this past weekend, the Trojans will host the Samford Bulldogs in a midweek tilt before kicking off conference play this weekend. Due to the threat of cold temperatures, first pitch has been moved to 5 p.m. at the Troy Softball Complex.
The Trojans (16-6) are fresh off of a successful weekend down in Clearwater, Florida where Troy finished the USF Invitational 4-1 with its only loss coming to No. 13 South Carolina.
Katie Webb led the Trojans offensively going 10-for-17 with three doubles and six RBIs on the weekend.
