JACKSONVILLE, Florida – The Troy outdoor track and field team is set to compete in the NCAA East Preliminaries, which begins on Thursday and ends on Saturday.
The Trojans are sending seven athletes competing in five events, after only sending on athlete to compete in one event last year. Corina Cox was the lone Trojan to compete in the East Prelims last season.
"I am anxious to see how we compete over the next few days," Marc Davis said. "Right now, they are ready to compete well. They just have to be able to focus on their own performances.
