JONESBORO, Arkansas – Troy's offense exploded in a pair of 13-10 and 12-9 wins at Arkansas State to sweep its first Sun Belt series of the 2018 season Saturday afternoon at Tomlinson Stadium.
The Trojans (28-12, 11-7) ripped 35 hits in the two games and earned their first conference sweep on the road since 2016 at Georgia State – Troy hit safely a season-high 22 times in game two of the twin bill with Arkansas State (12-24, 4-14).

The two teams combined for 20 total runs in three consecutive frames, but Troy held on and clinched the series with a 13-10 win.
