TROY – If you’re a Troy football player and your roommate on road trips is offensive lineman Zach Branner, like it or not, you’re a morning person. You don’t have much of a choice.
Branner, a 6-foot-5, 315-pound junior from Huntsville, earned his first career start last week against Florida A&M. He started at left guard for veteran Kirk Kelley, who missed the game due to injury.
While Kelley’s status is up in the air for Saturday’s game at Nebraska, rest assured Branner will be ready.
