TROY, Ala. -- Troy men's basketball brings in their first transfer of the 2022 offseason in Aamer Muhammad from Lubbock Christian, head coach Scott Cross announced Friday morning.
"Aamer is a scoring guard that can play multiple positions for us," Scott Cross said. "He was an extremely efficient scorer for a Lubbock Christian team that went 27-4 in one of the best D-II leagues in America. He shot extremely efficiently on all levels of the ball, ranging from free throws to beyond the arc."
A 6-1 guard from Rio Rancho, New Mexico, Muhammad comes off an extremely efficient season on the offensive end.
