TROY, Alabama – The Troy men's and women's basketball teams kicked off their season on Monday with the first practice of the year.
Both teams practiced for roughly two hours during an afternoon session in preparation for the season that kicks off in a little more than a month. Both teams will begin regular season play on Nov. 11 with the men's team hosting Toccoa Falls and the women's team going on the road to take on Auburn.
Following practice was a meet-and-greet session where fans had the opportunity to mingle with returning players and new faces to the Trojan squads.
