In the 2014-15 season, the Santiago de Compostela, Spain, native won two tournaments and posted a 73.86 scoring average per round to lead the Trojans. She ended the season, though, with five consecutive rounds above par at the Sun Belt Conference Tournament and in the NCAA Regional at Notre Dame – something that did not sit well with her.
“The end of the season was pretty bad. I came from winning a Georgia State tournament last year to play not good golf in conference,” she said. “I had a really bad round, so that was kind of disappointing because I had been playing good all season.
