What could buoy the Trojans to a regional win – or at least a top-five finish that would propel them to the NCAA Championship – is its depth. All five of Troy’s golfers have shot a round of 68 or better this season, and all five have been the top Trojan in at least one tournament this year.
“It makes all five feel very comfortable that they’ve got each other’s back if they don’t have it going that day,” Troy head coach Matt Terry said.
