TROY, Alabama – Game two of the Sun Belt Conference series between Troy and Georgia Southern was suspended in the seventh inning after inclement weather made its way through Pike County. The game will resume Sunday at 11 a.m. (CT) followed by game three approximately 40 minutes after its conclusion.
Troy led the game, 4-2, after a solid pitching outing by Levi Thomas. The sophomore struck out six batters in six innings of work and is in line for the win once the game resumes.
The Eagles opened the scoring in the first on an RBI single by Noah Ledford.
