TROY, Ala. – Troy's future football schedules have begun to take shape over the past two months with the announcement of 10 new non-conference matchups to take place over the coming years. Prior to the recent string of game announcements, Troy released several key non-conference matchups including a home-and-home series with Western Kentucky.
The series starts in two years when Troy travels to L.T. Houchens-Smith Stadium in Bowling Green, Ky., on Oct. 1, 2022, before WKU makes the return trip to The Vet the following year on Sept. 23, 2023.
Troy leads the all-time series with WKU by a 9-2-1 margin, including a 32-26 victory in the final meeting between the two schools in 2013.
