TROY, Alabama – Troy football head coach Neal Brown and his staff signed one of the highest-rated classes in school history, as 18 student-athletes inked with the Trojans on Wednesday. Troy's class, which consists of 25 players with the mid-year signees, is ranked second in the Sun Belt Conference by 247 Sports and is littered with some of the top players in the state of Alabama and the South.
"I am really excited about the 2016 signing class, which is the first full class that we had an opportunity to recruit," Brown said. "All of the student-athletes we signed today fit into the process we have in place when it comes to football, academics and character.
