TROY, Alabama – Troy battled a hot Alabama Saturday morning as the Trojans practiced for two hours on the new turf inside The Vet which included the team's second scrimmage of the preseason. The Trojans ran approximately 100 plays during the scrimmage as the season opener against Campbell looms just two weeks down the road.
"We had a good second scrimmage and both sides made plays at times and both sides have things to clean up," head coach Chip Lindsey said.
