TROY, Alabama – Troy added to its record-breaking signing class with the addition of three players who recently signed scholarship agreements with the Trojans, head coach Chip Lindsey announced Friday.
Troy focused on adding depth to the defensive side of the football with the latest additions as the Trojans signed cornerback Monte' McGary from Iowa Western, defensive tackle Elgin Griffin from Eastern Arizona and defensive tackle Malik Pertee from Vanguard (Fla.) High School.
"Our fans have come to expect championship-level defense, and these three guys are going to ensure that legacy continues," Lindsey said.
