Troy (5-5) is coming off a 85-77 victory over Paine College. The Trojans were led by John Walton's fourth career double-double, as he poured in 22 points while reeling in 19 rebounds, one shy of Troy's single game Division I record.
Following his performance, Walton was named College Sports Madness Sun Belt Men's Basketball Player of the Week Wesley Person earned his 34th career game in double figures in thanks to a career-high six treys. He finished the night with 28 points, while Jordon Varnado chipped in 12 points and secured eight rebounds.
