“Defensively, we made a lot of mental errors. Eye discipline was our main problem – eyes in the wrong place,” the senior linebacker said. “They had (a player) open in the middle of the field wide open, and I think that guy is back. I think he plays tight end for them.”
Indeed, the Panthers’ tight end, Keith Rucker, is back for his senior season.
