ROCK HILL, South Carolina – The Troy men's tennis team closed its weekend with three wins in four matches thanks to a 4-1 road win over Winthrop on Sunday at the Winthrop Memorial Tennis Courts.
Troy (6-10) lost the doubles point, but played extremely well in singles play to run away with the win. Giovani Samaha and Hassan Ndayishimiye cruised at No. 3 doubles with a 6-0 win, but Winthrop (6-6) won the other two doubles matches to take the opening point.
