TROY, Alabama – The Troy baseball team lands junior college right-handed pitcher in Daren Osby for the upcoming season head coach Mark Smartt announced on Monday.
"Daren has the opportunity to impact our program right away," Smartt said. "He offers great size and loves to compete which will help him right away. His strikeout totals come from his ability to throw a high number of strikes with a quality breaking ball that has swing and miss capability. He played a huge role as a freshman in 2015 for Walters State as they made another run in Grand Junction.
