Troy and Georgia Postponed at Athens Regional

ATHENS, Ga. – Third-seeded Troy's showdown with top-seeded Georgia in the NCAA Athens Regional has been postponed until Sunday at 12 p.m. (ET) due to the NCAA curfew.

Rain and lightning on Friday pushed Georgia and Campbell's Regional opener until Saturday at 12 p.m., and a three-plus hour game started the day behind schedule. In the second game of the day, Duke scored 15 runs over the final three innings, including an 11-run ninth inning, to rally from an 8-1 deficit and win 16-8 in a game that lasted 4:21 and included a 97-minute rain delay.
