FOLEY, Ala. – The Troy Trojans women's soccer program saw its season end Wednesday afternoon dropping a stunning 3-0 decision to Louisiana in the First Round of the Sun Belt Conference Tournament at the Foley Sports Complex.
Troy ends the season with 12 overall victories, the program's most since 2015. In her final match of her Troy career, senior Maddie Brune had the Trojans best scoring opportunity in the 24th minute when her rising shot clipped the cross-bar and bounced out. The Trojans had another opportunity, but a Kate Lorenz shot went just high.
