TROY, Alabama – Fifteen former Troy football players worked out for 14 NFL and CFL scouts Friday at Troy's annual Pro Day at Veterans Memorial Stadium.
Players took the Wonderlic Test and were measured for height and weight before the physical tests, which included the vertical jump, broad jump, 225-pound bench press, 40-yard dash, shuttle run and three-cone drill.
Running back Brandon Burks and defensive end Tyler Roberts both put on impressive performances for the scouts in attendance. Burks, who became just the eighth 1,000-yard rusher in Troy history this past season, posted the fastest 40-yard dash time of the day with a sprint of 4.
