TROY, Alabama – The Troy softball team is back at home this weekend and will play host to the Texas State Bobcats in a three-game Sun Belt series at the Troy Softball Complex. A doubleheader will be played on Saturday starting at 1 p.m. and the series finale on Sunday will begin at 12 p.m.
Troy (25-15, 6-6 Sun Belt) enters the weekend coming off a tough loss to Samford in a non-conference game on Wednesday. The Trojans fell to the Bulldogs, 8-6, after tying the game at six in the bottom of the sixth inning.
