TROY, Ala – An early one-run deficit was no problem to overcome as the Trojans went on and scored 11 unanswered runs to beat Alabama State 11-1 at Riddle Pace Field Tuesday night for their ninth straight win.
The win continues to match the 2006 Troy baseball team's win streak, which reached 11 games that year en route to a Sun Belt Conference championship.
The Trojans (15-5) saw plenty of production from the middle of the lineup as first baseman and catcher added four RBIs each to go along with , who went 3-5 for two RBIs as well.
