TROY, Alabama – A trio of Troy women's golfers were named to the All-Sun Belt Conference Team, the league office announced at a banquet Monday night following the second round of the Sun Belt Championship.
Fátima Fernández Cano was named to the first team for the third straight year, while Bianca Lohbauer and Gabi Oubre' were named to the second team. The conference will announce Player of the Year, Freshman of the Year and Coach of the Year following postseason play.
Cano, who is ranked 21st in the latest World Amateur Golf Rankings, has won five of her eight tournaments this season and ranks seventh in the country with a 71.
