With the top-five finishes, the Crimson Tide and the Tigers will advance to the 2016 Men’s Golf National Championships in Eugene, Ore., which will be held May 27-June 1 at the Eugene Country Club.
On Wednesday, the Tide shot a 7-under 281 as a team, two shots better than Kentucky, and moved from fourth to third. Davis Riley had six birdies and Tom Lovelady five en route to a pair of 3-under 69s to pace the Tide.
Alabama finished 7 under for the entire tournament, nine shots back of Georgia and five back of South Carolina as the SEC swept all five qualifying spots.
