TROY, Alabama – A pair of nationally televised games and six home contests highlight the 2016 Troy football schedule, which was released Thursday in conjunction with the Sun Belt Conference.
The Trojans will play a Thursday night game on ESPNU twice this upcoming year with a road game at South Alabama (Oct. 20) and in the home finale against Arkansas State (Nov. 17).
"It is nice to have a schedule in our hands," head coach Neal Brown said. "Opening the season in front of our home fans is extremely important to our program, as is having six home games.
