TROY, Ala. – Coming into the series with the Spartans, Troy's Shane Lewis had a flare for the dramatics and clutch hits. Saturday afternoon was no different as he led the Trojans to their 10th straight win after finishing his day with eight RBIs, two home runs, and three runs scored to help Troy to a 15-9 win over USC-Upstate and secure the series.
"Offensively, we were entirely dialed in," head coach Skylar Meade said. "Across the board, we took our walks and grinded it out. If you create enough action with people on base, you will be getting production.
