MADISON, Miss. – Troy sophomore Brantley Scott ended Tuesday's second round with a flourish to shoot 1-under and maintain his individual lead at the Sun Belt Men's Golf Championship. Scott carded birdies on three of his final four holes at the Annadale Golf Club to sit 6-under for the week. As a team, Troy was not as fortunate, slipping two spots into third place, but the Trojans are still within the four-team bubble to make match play.
Scott is vying to become just the second Troy golfer to win individual medalist honors at the Sun Belt Championship; Clayton Vannoy won on a playoff hole in 2017.
