TROY — The humor showed in Hunter Reese’s face when he first heard the term.
The Troy Trojans also laughed, though it wasn’t at what Reese had done to warrant such creativity.
They were just that proud of him.
*Nose guard Trevon Sanders: “That’s my guy.”
*Running back Jordan Chunn: “It’s great, man.”
*Linebacker Sam Lebbie: “To see him perform the way he did last Thursday was good to see.”
Reese, the junior defensive end from Wetumpka, the former walk-on who landed at Troy with a little help from a high school coach who — at the time — was no longer at Wetumpka, did something the Trojans rarely see.
