Osi Umenyiora's first Super Bowl ring represents end to Patriots' perfection

The Atlanta Falcons might wish they still had defensive end Osi Umenyiora on the roster. He knows something about beating the New England Patriots.

Umenyiora won two Super Bowl rings playing for the New York Giants when they beat the Patriots in the NFL championship game. The Giants spoiled New England's perfect season with a 17-14 victory in Super Bowl XLII on Feb. 3, 2008, and beat New England 21-17 in Super Bowl XLVI on Feb. 5, 2012.

For the NFL Network's "50 Rings, 50 Days" feature counting down to Sunday's Super Bowl LI, Umenyiora chose to talk about the first victory over the undefeated Patriots.
