TALLAHASSEE, Florida – The No. 51 Troy men's golf team finished a wild seven-day swing Saturday with a sixth-place finish at the Seminole Intercollegiate at the Southwood Golf Club.
The threat of rain on Sunday forced teams to play 36 holes on Saturday and Troy's two rounds were polar opposites of each other. The Trojans shot a school-record 16-under par in the first round of the day as Luke Moser tied a school record with a 7-under 65. Troy's 272 was the second lowest score in school history, but the lowest on a par-72 course as the Trojans shot a 270 at the Sun Belt Preview back in the fall on the par-71 Raven Course.
