The greatest impact may be in recruiting.
“Getting this bid to the NCAA Tournament and winning this Sun Belt Conference championship just upped the ante of the player we can get here at Troy,” she said last week before the Trojans made the cross-country trip to Corvallis. “Now we will probably go back to the drawing board with the (2017) recruits. We’re going to have to replace eight (seniors) in that class. We’re going to have to go back to the drawing board and evaluate, nudge up.”
Rigby said one of the highest priorities for a high school recruit is to make the NCAA Tournament.
