JACKSONVILLE, Florida – The Troy outdoor track and field competition at the NCAA East Preliminaries concluded on Satruday, but not before Jaevyn Worthmam qualified for a spot in the NCAA Championships in Eugene, Ore.
"I'm proud of how the Trojans competed this week," Marc Davis said. "Although we only have one continuing on, we did have many positives. Like I've been saying all season, we have a young team. All but one of the athletes, Ben Martin, will be retuning next year to compete. We also are bringing in more great athletes to continue the rebuilding process.
