Jonesboro, Ark. – Troy senior dropped a career-high 21 points in the 90-85 overtime nail-biting win over Arkansas State in Sun Belt Conference men's basketball action on Saturday evening inside of First National Bank Arena.
Trailing 78-73 with 1:21 remaining in the second half after a tough layup made by Arkansas State (8-9, 2-2 SBC), sophomore grabbed the offensive rebound after a missed three, dribbled out to the three-point line and made a side-step three pointer from the top of the key to make it 78-75.
On the ensuing possession, Miller would hustle back on defense and draw a charge to give Troy the ball with 29 seconds left.
