THIBODAUX, La. – The Troy men's tennis teamed extend its winning streak to 10 matches on Saturday with a 7-0 road shutout victory against Nicholls State. The win improves Troy's record to 16-1 on the season while its 10-match winning streak ties its longest winning streak since 2019.
The Trojan's dominating performance on Saturday got started with a strong double's performance by the team. Troy got doubles started with a victory by Carles Anton and Amer Bedwan on court three when the duo won by a score of 6-4. The doubles point was clinched on court one by Christopher Tasker and Nicolas Simkin who earned the win with a 6-3 victory.
