TROY, Alabama – Troy men's basketball head coach Phil Cunningham announced Wednesday the signing of junior college point guard Kevin Baker.
"We are very excited about Kevin Baker's decision to continue his career as a student-athlete here at Troy," Cunningham said. "Kevin comes from a terrific family, and we felt strongly about how well his combination of character and basketball ability fit with the kind of guys we want in our locker room. It was of utmost importance for us to sign a guard who can consistently shoot the three this spring, and Kevin certainly meets that qualification.
