MARICOPA, Ariz. – Troy concluded one of its best seasons in program history Sunday as play concluded at the inaugural National Golf Invitational hosted by Golfweek at the Ak-Chin Southern Dunes Golf Club.
Troy finished the season with 109 wins, its most at the Division I level, as the Trojans returned to the postseason for the first time since 2017. In addition to the team's advancement to the NGI, sophomore Brantley Scott, who didn't play in the NGI due to NCAA rules, qualified as an individual for the NCAA Regionals.
The Trojans finished 10th at the NGI after shooting 7-over for the week following a 5-over 293 in Sunday's final round.
