Troy football will try to end a two-game losing streak when it hosts Georgia Southern on Saturday at 6 p.m. (ESPN+).
The game is a Sun Belt Conference East Division matchup.
Last week, Troy (2-2, 0-1 Sun Belt) lost at South Carolina, 23-14. Powell Taylor went 22 for 38 for 163 yards and two interceptions. B.J. Smith ran for 102 yards and a touchdown and Jamontez Woods ran for 49 yards and a touchdown. Tez Johnson had 49 receiving yards and Jabre Barberhad 36 receiving yards. On defense, Troy had three sacks and benefitted from three fumbles.
