Senior Ashley Beverly Kelley hit a floater with 21 seconds left, and Caitlyn Ramirez blocked a last-second shot as Troy edged Little Rock 61-60 for the Sun Belt Conference Championship Saturday in New Orleans.
Along with the win comes the conference’s automatic bid to the NCAA Tournament, which begins next Friday. Troy (20-12) will find out the location and opponent of the Monday during the tournament’s selection show.
