LAFAYETTE, Louisiana – Underclassman and various veterans led the Troy outdoor team to 50 points on the women's side and 67 points on the men's side as the Sun Belt Conference Championships concluded on Sunday night.
"I am very proud of what this team accomplished over the past few days," Marc Davis said. "As a staff, we found out that this team has fight. We had many of our young stars scoring huge points for us. Our veterans went out and contributed to the cause. There were many contributors, but what is most important is that we are developing a team.
