TROY — With Troy classes out this week for Thanksgiving and Troy players marooned while preparing to face Appalachian State, let the games begin.
The intrasquad Trojan Games, a staple of preseason, pre-class practice and holiday games for the program, are back.
“Did we win last year?” senior defensive end Hunter Reese wondered Monday. “The O-line said they won, but we either won or we came in second.
“We have to come out with a victory this time in my last go-around.”
The Trojans (9-2, 7-0 Sun Belt), who play the Mountaineers (8-2, 6-1) on Saturday, separate by position for these pitched battles.
