Former Troy men’s basketball standout Jordon Varnado is playing for the Toronto Raptors’ Summer League team, the NBA champions announced Monday.
Varnado, whose senior season was cut short by injury and suspension, is part of Toronto’s 15-man roster competing in the MGM Resorts Summer League in Las Vegas. The Raptors open their summer season this Saturday against the Golden State Warriors at UNLV’s Thomas & Mack Center at 11 p.m. CT on ESPN.
